We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hourglass purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new or gently used condition. Complimentary return shipping is provided for all domestic orders to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return, download your prepaid UPS shipping label, and print it at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
